I love your products! Can I get a discount on my second order?

I haven’t received my order yet. Can you give me an update?

As noted on our website and in your confirmation emails, delivery times are usually 9–14 business days, as our products are shipped internationally via Free Shipping.
If it’s been over 30 days since your purchase, please contact us by email, and we’ll assist you right away.

I never received an order confirmation email. Can you help me out?

Of course! First, please check your spam or junk folder, or search your inbox for an email from “Glowza Makeup.”
If you still don’t see it, your email address might have been entered incorrectly at checkout.
Send us an email, and we’ll update your details and resend your confirmation.

Can I cancel my order?

Sorry — we’re unable to cancel orders once they’ve been processed.
We’re currently working on improving our cancellation system for future updates.

Can I update my address?

Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, we can update your address.
After 24 hours, we’re unable to make changes as your order may already be in transit.

I never received my order. Help!

Oh no! 😢 Don’t worry — we’ll fix this for you.
If it’s been over 40 days since you placed your order, please email us, and we’ll investigate the issue and resend your order free of charge.

My order arrived broken.

We’re so sorry to hear that! We carefully check every order before shipping, but sometimes damage can occur in transit.
Please email us with photos of the damaged product, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

I’ve only received part of my order. Where are the other items?

No worries! As mentioned on our Shipping page, we ship directly from different suppliers around the world.
If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Please be patient — the rest of your order should arrive soon!

Is it safe to process payments through you? Do you have access to my credit card details?

Yes — your payment is 100% secure. We use Shopify Payments and PayPal, both trusted global payment providers.
Glowza Makeup never has direct access to your credit card or personal data. All transactions are fully encrypted for your safety.

Do you do exchanges?

We currently don’t offer exchanges, as our products ship from multiple global warehouses and we don’t operate a physical storefront.
We’re working on building a smoother exchange system for the future — thank you for your understanding!
