1. Start with clean, dry lids.
2. Use short strokes along the upper lash line, working from the inner corner outward.
3. For a wing, extend the line from the outer corner toward the tail of the brow, then connect it back to the lash line.
4. For a softer effect, diffuse the edge with a small brush before the formula sets.
